Branding
StepChange
Building skills and creating connections
The challenge
A series of training and support services were launched, requiring an umbrella brand and four sub-brands. The programme was called StepChange and required branding. The target audiences covered all ages, locations, stages of life and needs – but would all be accessing the resources through one brand.
The programme was being delivered by multiple partners in a variety of ways and the branding had to work for everyone. In addition, the ESF funding meant we had to follow certain protocols in all design work.
To support the StepChange branding, a website and marketing collateral was required.
The solution
The common point for all users of the programme was that this would be the first step towards a change in their direction – into employment, training or skills.
We created an umbrella brand and four sub-brands, all which worked together or in isolation to form the StepChange branding solution.
The results
StepChange was launched as a programme of support and resource for residents of Humber who want to improve their workplace skills.
The website promotes the scheme generally and partners access a library of marketing material which we tailor to their specific needs, ensuring the branding is protected but everyone has their own relevant marketing collateral.
